 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer three types of shipping rates based on the type of product you order:

1. Standard Shipping – $4 Flat Rate

• Applies to most products in our store.
• Regardless of the quantity or weight, you only pay $4 USD for shipping.
• Great for DIY kits, accessories, and most electret microphone models.

2. Special Shipping Type A – From $4 + $0.14 Per Additional Unit

• Applies to specific product(s).
• Base shipping: $4 USD
• For every additional unit of this product: +$0.14 USD
• Suitable for products that require enhanced packaging or handling.
  

3. Special Shipping Type B – From $5.10 + $2.70 Per Additional Unit

• Applies to specific product(s).
• Base shipping: $5.10 USD
• For every additional unit of this product: +$2.70 USD
• Reserved for heavier or fragile items that need additional care.

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first via email:

Please do not send back items without prior communication and approval.

Return Conditions

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with all original packaging and components intact.
• Packaging & Responsibility: Please ensure the product is securely packaged, protected, and insured (if necessary). You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
• Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a tracked and/or signed delivery service. If we do not receive the returned goods, we cannot process a refund or exchange. 

International Returns

• If you are returning products from outside the china, please clearly mark the customs declaration form with one of the following:
• Failure to declare may result in customs duties or VAT, which will be deducted from your refund if charged to us.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• Exchanges may be offered depending on availability.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return has been received.
