How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first via email:

Please do not send back items without prior communication and approval.
Return Conditions

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in unused, original condition, with all original packaging and components intact.

Packaging & Responsibility: Please ensure the product is securely packaged, protected, and insured (if necessary). You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Shipping Method: We highly recommend using a tracked and/or signed delivery service. If we do not receive the returned goods, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
International Returns

If you are returning products from outside the china, please clearly mark the customs declaration form with one of the following:

"Return" / "Replacement" / "Repair"

Failure to declare may result in customs duties or VAT, which will be deducted from your refund if charged to us.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
